Michael is our illustrious leader – he drives from the front getting hands-on in sales, marketing, product innovation, delivery and customer support and delight. After a stint in a call centre for Hutchison Telecoms in Australia, Mike began his career as a Nortel PABX engineer over 20 years ago, and after working in Australia, New Zealand and the UK Michael co-founded Sweet Telecom in Australia in 2010.
